What's to say about Lindor Truffles? Yum. There isn't a bad flavor in the bunch, although I was genuinely surprised to find out Nestle is making Lindt products now. You do have to make sure the truffles are kept at the right temperature - too cold and the truffle gets stiff, too warm and they get gloppy. It's a shame they can't make them a little more stable, but hey, it's chocolate, so you can't complain too much. This is a nice assortment of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, caramel and peanut butter. The caramel and peanut butter are way too sweet and I suspect a recent addition due to the Nestle connection (not there years ago). I bought these for baking and it is a miracle that I am able to do so since everyone in the house seems to nibble on them here and there. This chocolate is so easy to work with for making homemade molded chocolates. We have used it for years for our traditional chocolate making at Christmas. It melts easily in the microwave, and it molds beautifully. The molded chocolates have a nice shine and a crisp bite. I was very disappointed when I could not find it locally, so hurray for Amazon. I must state from the beginning that I never liked white chocolate before. I normally only eat the bitter, dark, hell colored stuff and to me that is bliss. I came across this bar by chance, got a taste of it and never wanted to be without it. This bar is pure heaven; I adore coconut shavings in chocolate even if it's milk chocolate and they work even better in white chocolate, giving it a chewy consistency - very satisfying though those who like to sink their teeth into their dessert.
This bar is creamy, not overly sweet as the sugar doesn't over take. The buttery colored mass is rich and melts in the mouth as vanilla and coconut disintegrate in small burst. This is one of my favorite items that I get when I have my sweet cravings for something truly delicious. My other favorite Lindt bars are the Pear and also the Chili one, I wish there was a larger variety of flavored chocolates, I would love to see a bar with cardamom, nutmeg and other spices.

Easy to use and good flavor. This product is a fine white powder, with clearly visible sugar crystals, that mixes very easily with the espresso and frothed milk for our white chocolate mochas. Product has a good flavor when mixed according to directions: not too sweet. Be aware, this is a flavored powder, probably not white chocolate at all, because it contains no cocoa butter, which I believe is used to make white chocolate. White chocolate isn't chocolate at all. The first three ingredients of this product are sugar, partially hydrogenated coconut oil, and corn syrup solids. You decide whether the price for this is a good value, or whether this is really a white chocolate product or, as the label states, "SWEET GROUND WHITE CHOCOLATE" followed by the very important word, in smaller print, "FLAVOR." I've found this chocolate to be a great solution for my low carbohydrate diet. This chocolate only has 5g net carbs per serving, but I find half a serving to be plenty satisfying for a chocolate fix. Also, this has no artificial sweeteners, so I don't have to worry about digestive problems.

I don't think it gets much better than this for a good cup of hot chocolate. I do recommend heating the milk on the stove, though. Bring it to scalding and then add the chocolate pieces. Use a whisk and add a dollop of whip cream to be really decadent. Down side: seems like they could put more in the can, it's only about 2/3 full, and it's a little pricey. What a surprise when I only received 3 bars total! The seller blamed it on Amazon putting in the wrong information. The ad was marked as sold out for a few days. My two favorite flavors of Ghirardelli chocolate squares are these Dark Chocolate with Caramel and the Dark Chocolate with Raspberry, but these are the best in my opinion. I find the chocolate to be very firm and the caramel to be very creamy, less sweet than others I've had. They are as pleasant as many creme caramels I have had, the burnt sugar flavor coming through. Some of the squares actually were broken with the filling oozing out, but I rather enjoyed these as long as they didn't stick to the wrappers. I'm not fond of licking the candy off the wrapper and discard those. For this reason, I cannot give these a 5 star review. I find that the wrappers are very easy to remove by simply tearing down the center seam and the confection can easily be popped into the mouth or nibbled while holding onto the chocolate inside the half wrapper. These are especially good with a cup of strong coffee. I have found that young children who like milk chocolate and/or candy bars were not fond of these. I'm certainly not a confections expert, but I do love chocolate, and especially raspberry chocolates of all types and varieties. I can honestly say that these Ghirardelli raspberry filled chocolates are some of the best I've ever had, and are easily the best widely available in the US. I have had better (an Italian import that I cannot remember the name of), but they weren't that much better.
As another reviewer noted, the filling does contain actual raspberry seeds, and while some might not like that, I personally enjoy it. It lets me know that the filling I am consuming is made from real raspberries, not some boiled down concentrate with artificial flavors.
These are slightly expensive, but their worth the price in my opinion. Not too sweet, not too gummy, perfect served alongside coffee or as a petite desert after a meal. They also go well with a dark chocolate cake or brownie and ice cream.
